DAY 1 - Muscat - Nakhl Fort Al Awabi, Wadi bani awf - Bimah - Selmat - Balad Sit - Hat: 5/6h trek. Jebel Hajar mountain with a splendid view of the Wadi Bani Awf valley..
Guesthouse de Bimah : A nice place located in the heart of Wadi Bani Awf, close to the Snake Canyon and Balad Sit.
DAY 2 - Balad Sit - Birkat al Sharaf : We take a track that leads us to the summit of Al Sharaf, the highest pass below the Jebel Akhdar with a variety of beautiful views over the mountain range. A 5 to 6 hour hike.

DAY 3 - Birkat al Sharaf -Misfat Al Abreyeen. Hike 5 to 6hrs.

Jebel Shams resort
DAY 4 - Jebel Shams " Balcony walk " 3 to 4h walk. Al Hamra Visit of Bait As Safah (1h 30). This is one of the most famous museums in Oman and it offers an exceptional experience that resembles the old Omani way of life. The museum has Omanis playing the role of an Omani family imitating their routine in the past. Visit Jabreen Castle.
Nizwa : Al Bustan Guest House
DAY 5 - Visit Nizwa Fort (1 hr). Built in the 17th century by Imam Sultan bin Saif al-arabi, who chased the Portuguese out of Omani territory in 1650, Nizwa Fort is distinguished by a very large 24-metre high tower which dominates the souk. Restored in 1998, the fort hosts a very interesting interactive exhibition.
Visit of the Souk of Nizwa (1 h 30). The souk of the city of Nizwa, with its secular commercial vocation, is a real "city within a city". Very large, very lively and very colourful, the souk is famous for its incense and traditional objects. You can find everything: the fruit and vegetable souk, the pottery souk, the traditional objects souk, the goldsmith's souk... Traditional livestock market (only on Fridays).
Birkat al Mauz : A fortified village built on the side of a hill. Some of its ochre houses have been restored and boast beautiful carved wooden doors. A falaj runs through the village and feeds the surrounding palm groves.
Bidiyah Wahiba Desert - Desert walk (3h). In the late afternoon, hike at sunset. The magic of the desert takes place as the landscape is shaped and changes day by day with the wind.
Safari camp
DAY 6 - Wadi Bani Khalid : Walk and swim in the lower part of Wadi Bani Khalid (3 hrs). This valley forms a wild canyon. The departure is from a small village with its palm grove. This canyon with its tangle of blocks (on a short part) allows us to reach a sumptuous waterfall.
Visit to the town of Sur (1 h). Visit of the city (1 h). Built between the ocean and a beautiful lagoon, Sur has a history of fishing, traditional dhow building and maritime trade. A ford tower with a beautiful view (sunset) over the city will be a marvel. The city is famous for the manufacture of Arab dhows, we will visit this shipyard.
Sur : Al Ayjah Plazza hôtel
DAY 7 - Wadi Tiwi : this is a steep road that climbs along the wadi for several kilometres. We pass no less than nine villages, which are ideal for hiking along the falaj, the Omani irrigation system. A 2 hour walk.
Unforgettable walk and swim in Wadi Shab (3 hrs). Wadi Shab Oman is one of the most popular canyons in the Sultanate. This site is a small paradise. Access is limited by the river and to reach the bottom you must not only walk but also swim.
SinkHole : A huge natural cavity filled with pure green and blue crystal water and surrounded by rock formations and green palm treess.
